Lost JBL Tune 520BT Headphones and Needs Replacement Support
On 1 February 2026, I purchased a JBL 520 BT headphone from Media Markt with my own savings as a student. Unfortunately, on 29 March 2026, I lost this headphone in Antalya, in the Doğu Garajı area. I still have the purchase document and warranty records. As I am in my university entrance exam year, this loss has placed me in a very difficult situation both financially and emotionally, because I bought this product by working and saving my own money. I seriously need this headphone while studying and preparing for the exam, as it helps me concentrate and manage my study routine. Although I know that losing the product is entirely my own misfortune and responsibility, I am kindly asking JBL for some support due to my status as a student and the sensitive period I am currently going through. If possible, I request that a new headphone of the same model be supplied to me, or that a student-specific opportunity be offered, or that a reasonable and accessible solution be produced for me. I would be very happy if you could help me in this matter, as I truly need this support, and I am hopefully waiting for the understanding and assistance you may show during this important exam period for me.
