JBL Refuses to Sell a Replacement Earbud for My Tune Beam 2

JBL Refuses to Sell a Replacement Earbud for My Tune Beam 2

I have been using a JBL Tune Beam 2 earphone set and around two months ago I lost the right earbud. After this, I contacted the place where I purchased the product and asked whether it would be possible to obtain only the right earbud or to benefit from support within the scope of warranty for this situation. However, I was told that I have to buy a completely new set and that only the right earbud cannot be supplied. I find it both financially and environmentally unsatisfactory to have to purchase a full new set just because one side is missing, especially when the left earbud and case are still working. I kindly request information and support on whether the right earbud can be sold separately or whether any solution can be offered within the scope of warranty or as a paid spare part, so that I do not have to purchase a whole new set unnecessarily.
