JBL Wave Beam TWS Constant Bluetooth Disconnection Despite Reset Attempts

For the past two days, I have been experiencing constant connection drops with my JBL Wave Beam TWS earbuds. Previously, there were only occasional short interruptions, but now the issue occurs almost continuously.
I have tried all recommended troubleshooting steps: I reset the earbuds, tested them on different devices, and repeatedly turned the Bluetooth connection off and on. Despite these efforts, the problem has not been resolved.
I purchased the earbuds less than a year ago, and they are still under warranty. So far, I have not contacted customer service, as I am waiting for the brand to reach out to me. The disconnection problem occurs in every environment and is persistent.
My invoice number is tyf2025000006594. I urgently request that this issue be resolved.
