On April 9, 2026, at 9:44 PM, I made a deposit of RM400 to my 1Win account using a QR code through CIMB Clicks. I scanned the QR code provided on the 1Win website, as I usually do for deposits. Normally, the funds are credited to my 1Win balance immediately, but this time the transaction is marked as “canceled” in the 1Win transaction history, even though RM400 has already been deducted from my CIMB bank account.

From yesterday until now, the RM400 has still not been credited to my 1Win balance. On the bank side, the amount is clearly deducted, which indicates that the issue is on 1Win’s side, where the transaction is marked as canceled while the money has still been taken.

I find this situation unacceptable and feel that my funds are being held without any valid explanation. I have tried contacting 1Win support regarding this issue, but I have only received automated AI responses and no proper assistance from a human representative. Due to the lack of response and the inconsistency between the transaction status and the deducted funds, I feel like I am being scammed.

I am requesting that 1Win immediately credit the RM400 to my account balance without further delay and provide a clear explanation as to why this transaction was marked as canceled while the funds were still deducted from my bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
