Netshort Weekly Subscription Charged Without Consen

On 9 April, my weekly subscription with Netshort was renewed and an amount was deducted from my bank card. I did not want this renewal, and as soon as I noticed the deduction, I immediately cancelled the subscription at the same moment. I am not very familiar with mobile phones and subscription settings, so this situation has put me under financial pressure, especially because I really need this money. I kindly request that the deducted amount for the weekly subscription on 9 April be refunded to my bank card as soon as possible. I am sharing this complaint so that my situation is taken into consideration and the unjust deduction is returned to me promptly.
