JBL Clip4 Speaker Had Repeated Battery Issues and No Help Offered

I purchased JBL wired headphones on November 23, 2023, from the Hepsiburada website. The seller was Media Markt. The headphones malfunctioned after just one month of use. I reached out to Media Markt, who then forwarded the problem to JBL. Surprisingly, JBL declined to offer a replacement or repair, claiming that the issue was due to a "user error." I'm so frustrated with this product that I invested so much money in it, only to have it become useless after just 45 days. It's such a waste. I can't understand why I ended up buying a product of such poor quality that my daughter, who only used it in the evenings, was able to break within a month. I will never purchase JBL products again and will not suggest them to anyone in my social circle.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I haven’t yet had a chance to ...

I didn't force them while adjusting them to fit comfortably, but they broke. They've never been dropped or scratched, so seeing such a supposedly high-quality product ...

It's been less than a month since I splurged thousands on what I thought would be top-notch headphones from JBL. Shockingly, one side is refusing to charge – an unexpected malfunction for such a premium product. To make matters worse, it seems I'm not alone; others have faced the same issue. Our ass...
