I purchased a JBL T500 wired headphone on March 6, 2022, and encountered a problem: the jack at the end of the cable bro...ke while in use. Seeking a solution, I sent the device to Aztek, the authorized service center through Media Markt. Unfortunately, neither Aztek nor Media Markt provided any update
