On December 18, 2023, I purchased a pair of JBL Tune 510BT headphones from AZTEK TEKNOLOJİ. Despite handling them with care, the folding joint broke while adjusting them. I never dropped them, and there isn't a scratch on them. I paid ₺2052, and they come with a one-year warranty, which is still valid. I also have the receipt.
I refuse to pay ₺1045 for a replacement, as I did nothing that would cause them to break. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I am requesting either a replacement or a refund. It is absurd that other users with the same issue have received replacements while my request is ignored. Many users have reported similar problems, indicating a common defect. I demand a replacement or refund.
