Jalwa Game blocked my account after deposit, how can I recover access to play?

If Jalwa Game blocked your account after you made a deposit and you want to recover access to play;

Check the account block details first;

• Try logging in → note the exact message (Blocked / Suspended / Under review)
• Screenshot the message
• Record:
– Date/time of block
– Last activity before the block

Check your email immediately;

• Look for messages from Jalwa Game
• Check Spam/Junk folder
• Search for:
– “Account suspended”
– “Verification required”
– “Security review”

• If you can access account settings → go to Profile / Verification
• Make sure:
– Identity (ID/passport) is fully approved
– Proof of address is submitted/approved
– Payment method verified
• Screenshot any pending verification requests

Contact Jalwa Game Support urgently;

• Explain:
– Your account was blocked right after deposit
– You want to recover access to your account and deposited funds

Provide:
– Username/email
– Approximate last deposit amount
– Date/time of the deposit
– Screenshot of block message
– Any submitted verification documents

Ask them to:
– Clarify the exact reason your account was blocked

I deposited ₹5000 in the Jalwa game on the 4th, but it is still stuck.
