Jalwa Game Deposit Not Credited After Successful Paytm UPI Payment

I made a deposit to the Jalwa game using UPI through the Paytm app on April 23, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account, even after two days. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and I have a screenshot as proof. However, my Jalwa game account has not received any funds. When I contacted Jalwa support, I was told that they have not received the payment, despite the fact that the money was deducted from my account and the transaction is marked as successful in Paytm. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my money either be credited to my Jalwa account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am ready to provide the payment screenshot and any additional details required to resolve this issue promptly.
