Jalwa Game Deposit Not Credited After Successful Paytm QR Payment

I made a deposit for the Jalwa game through Paytm by scanning a QR code for ₹1,499.99 on April 9, 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account and is marked as a completed transaction, but the funds have not been credited to my Jalwa game account.
I contacted customer support and was informed that the payment was completed successfully. However, the deposit is still not reflected in my game balance, and I am unable to use the amount I paid. Despite Paytm confirming the transaction, the funds remain missing from my account.
I request that this transaction be properly traced and that the ₹1,499.99 either be credited to my Jalwa game account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
