Deposit Not Credited or Refunded After UPI Payment

I am writing to report that a deposit I made to the Jalwa game has neither been credited to my gaming account nor refunded to my bank account. On 09.11.2025 at around 12:01 pm, I transferred an amount of 10,000 via UPI from my bank account in India using the UPI ID 7693807***@ptyes to the UPI ID jkbmerc***0@jkb for use in the Jalwa game. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my bank account, the amount has not appeared in my Jalwa gaming account, and no refund has been returned to my account. I contacted Jalwa game support through the in‑app customer “deposit problem” section and also contacted my bank’s customer care on 11.11.2025, but I was only informed that the amount has still not been received, without any proper solution or reversal of the money. I request that my 10,000 either be immediately credited to my Jalwa gaming account or fully refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
