UPI Deposit Failed but Money Not Returned or Credited

I am using the Jalwa Lottery gaming app and on 8 June I made a UPI payment of 20,000 INR via Google Pay from the UPI ID chinnam***c506@okaxis for my game account with Jalwa ID 6860***. After completing the payment, the transaction was shown as failed, and the 20,000 INR has not been credited to my game balance. Even though the transaction shows as failed on the app side, the money has been sent from my side and I am still waiting for the amount to either reflect in my Jalwa wallet or be resolved. This situation is causing me financial stress because a large amount is stuck without any clear information. I request that my 20,000 INR be immediately credited to my Jalwa Lottery gaming account or that you urgently check this transaction and complete the credit without any further delay.
