Jalwa Support Rejects Complaint for Missing UPI Deposit
On 18/01/2026, I deposited an amount of ₹10,000 into the Jalwa game through PhonePe using UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Jalwa wallet. After noticing that the money was deducted but not added to my wallet balance, I contacted Jalwa customer support multiple times. However, my requests have been rejected every time, and the issue has still not been resolved. I request that the missing amount of ₹10,000 be immediately credited to my Jalwa wallet or that the technical issue causing this problem be urgently resolved, as the payment has already been deducted from my account.
Complaint was rejected.
