I made a deposit on the Jalwa game website on April 15th, paying ₹10,000 through Paytm. The payment was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, and the transaction reference number is 300784975620. However, that amount has never been credited to my Jalwa game account. On top of that, Jalwa has completely ignored my attempts to reach out about the missing deposit.
I'm extremely frustrated that such a large sum is just sitting in limbo with no update and no support from anyone. I'm requesting that my ₹10,000 be immediately refunded to my Paytm account for the transaction referenced above, or that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
