Jalwa Club Deposit Not Credited

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a deposit at Jalwa Club. On 09/04/2026, I made a deposit of 500 by scanning a QR code. I was told that this deposit would be paid, but it has not been credited or reflected as expected. I do not know the exact branch or location details of Jalwa Club, but I completed the payment as instructed via the QR code. Since then, my deposit has not shown up, and I have not received any confirmation or access related to this amount. I have not yet been able to reach customer service or any responsible person about this matter. I request that my 500 deposit be properly processed and reflected to my Jalwa account as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed and assisted so I can successfully complete the deposit to Jalwa as intended.
