I am writing regarding a problem I faced with a recent recharge in the Jalwa Game application. Today at around 7:35 PM, I recharged 400 INR for the game, but the amount has still not been credited to my in‑game account. I made the payment through UPI using the ID 9220268***@fam, and the transaction UTR number is 612910967681. The recharge was done for my Jalwa Game account registered with the mobile number 9718482***. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my bank, the corresponding balance has not been added to my Jalwa Game wallet. I have already contacted support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved. I request that my 400 INR recharge be immediately added to my game account balance based on the above UTR and payment details.
