Jalwa Game Blocked My Account After First Login Attempt

I am writing regarding my Jalwa mobile game account (ID: 10549124), which was suddenly locked for “suspicious activity.” I was not given any clear explanation or evidence about what was considered suspicious.
My friend has played on my phone many times before, and when I tried to play myself for the first time, my account was immediately locked. After this happened, I contacted Jalwa support, but they only repeated that it was due to suspicious activity without providing any further details or properly reviewing my case.
I believe this action is unfair, as I have not cheated, hacked, or used any unauthorized tools. I simply used the same device that had been used before without any issues.
I request that my Jalwa account (ID: 10549124) be unlocked and that my in-game wallet balance be fully restored so I can continue playing normally. I kindly ask for a proper review of my account, correction of this error, and reactivation of both my account and wallet as soon as possible.
