Jalwa Did Not Credit My ₹45,000 Deposit After More Than 72 Hours

I made a deposit of ₹45,000 to the Jalwa game website via PhonePe, with transaction/UTR number 786721563931, and even after more than 72 hours the amount has still not been credited to my game account. The money has been successfully debited from my PhonePe, yet my Jalwa balance remains unchanged. I contacted Jalwa customer support about this issue, but my request was rejected and I have not received any proper response or solution. I am very disappointed that such a large amount has been stuck for this long without any clear communication. I request that my ₹45,000 deposit with transaction/UTR number 786721563931 be immediately credited to my Jalwa game account, or that you urgently resolve whatever technical issue is blocking this transaction and confirm the resolution in writing.
