Jalwa Game Blocked Cannot Access Account

I have been playing the Jalwa game, which I downloaded from a website, and since 16 April the game has been completely blocked and is not opening at all. Because of this, I am unable to access my account. Before the game got blocked, I had deposited approximately ₹1000 into the game. Now my account is locked and I cannot reach Jalwa game customer service in any way, so I am unable to get any information or support about my blocked account or my deposited money. I request that my Jalwa game account be unlocked as soon as possible and that I be given full access to my game account again, along with the balance I had deposited.
