On 20/04/2026 at around 10:25, I made a UPI payment for a deposit to Jalwa Game, but the amount has not been received. The payment was sent via UPI using transaction/UTR number 611022279078 to the UPI ID 7600223***@mbk. In my UPI app the status is still showing as pending, and the deposit has not been credited. Despite the payment being deducted from my side, I have not received the corresponding amount in Jalwa Game. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that the full amount be refunded back to my bank/UPI account as soon as possible.
