₹40,000 Missing After Jalwa Game Deposit Via UPI Paytm
Today, I made a UPI deposit of ₹40,000 to my Jalwa Game account using Paytm. Although the amount was successfully debited from my side, it has not been credited to my game account. The transaction status on Paytm shows the payment as successful, and I have the transaction reference available as proof.
Despite the payment going through, my Jalwa Game balance has not been updated, and I am unable to access or use the funds I have already paid. This situation is causing financial stress and disrupting my ability to use the platform.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹40,000 either be credited to my Jalwa Game account without any further delay or immediately refunded to my Paytm account, whichever can be processed faster.
