Mango Fails to Deliver Order or Provide Tracking Details

On February 17, 2026, I ordered a bag through Mango’s official app. The shipment associated with my order, tracking number ezwjuf, has been showing as “in international transit” for the past 15 days with no progress. During this time, there have been no meaningful updates in the shipping activity.
When I contacted Mango customer service, they simply stated that the product would arrive but were unable to provide any further details. There is no clear delivery date, nor is there any explanation of where the shipment is currently located.
Due to this experience, I am reconsidering purchasing from Mango in the future. I request that Mango provide clear, transparent, and timely updates to its customers regarding the status of their orders, and that my bag be delivered to me as soon as possible.
