I am contacting the WePlay Support Team regarding a problem with my main WePlay account, which I lost access to today by mistake and have not been able to recover since. I logged out of the account unintentionally, and after that, I could not find the account again in order to log back in. The account details I remember are as follows: the username is “Ouasila🇲🇦” and the ID is “50645922”. Unfortunately, I do not remember the email or phone number linked to the account, and that is why I am unable to restore it through normal recovery options. When I search, I cannot find the account at all, so I am stuck completely outside my profile. I kindly request your support to help me recover this WePlay account by any possible method, for example, by verifying my identity or checking your records based on the username and ID I have provided. I hope you can locate the account and return access to me, as this is my main account, and I do not want to lose it permanently.
