Fampay Failed Transaction Sends ₹2,100 to Incorrect Recipient

On March 17, 2026, at approximately 10:20 PM, I made a UPI payment of ₹2,100 from my Fampay wallet, but the transaction went wrong. The amount was sent to a name that appeared during the transaction, but it turned out to be an incorrect or unintended recipient, and the money has now been transferred to the wrong person.

After noticing the issue, I contacted Fampay customer support, and a support ticket was created regarding this incorrect transaction. However, the issue has still not been resolved, and the amount remains deducted from my Fampay wallet.

I request that Fampay urgently investigate this incorrect UPI transaction and process a full refund of ₹2,100 back to my Fampay wallet as soon as possible.
