Jack & Jones Clothes Shrink and Pill After a Single Wash
I purchased 3 t-shirts and 2 pairs of pants from the Jack & Jones store in Forum Istanbul. All of the items shrank, pilled, and faded after just a single wash. Experiencing such severe deterioration in such a short time and on the very first wash left me deeply disappointed in the quality of the products.
About 15 days ago, I brought the items to the store, and they sent them in for inspection. Yesterday, I received a phone call informing me that exchange approval was granted for only 2 items, while the remaining 3 were rejected. I find it completely unacceptable that some items—purchased and washed in the exact same manner—were approved while others were turned down.
I demand an exchange for all 5 defective items. Given the high prices I paid, this experience has shown a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I ask that my grievance be resolved and that a proper solution be provided for all affected garments.
