Defective Oysho Sweatpants Became Unwearable After 3 Uses
I purchased a pair of sweatpants from the Oysho Marmara Park store, and after wearing them only 2–3 times (without ever washing them), the fabric started pilling excessively. The product has become unwearable and has been sitting unused in my closet ever since.
When I visited the store to report the issue, the staff dismissed my complaint, claiming that the problem was my fault, and refused to help. They also stated that the exchange period had expired and that the item would not be accepted as defective. Moreover, their attitude was rude and indifferent, making the situation even more frustrating.
It is completely unacceptable for a product to deteriorate this quickly after minimal use. I demand an exchange for the defective sweatpants and a review of the unprofessional behavior of the store employees. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
