LC Waikiki Black Pants Turned Gray After a Few Washes
Less than a month ago, I purchased a black pair of pants from the LC Waikiki (LCW) Kayseri Forum store for approximately $21. After wearing them only two or three times and washing them a few times, the pants have literally turned gray. The color has faded noticeably, clearly revealing the poor quality of the product. I took the pants back to the store, where they were sent for inspection, but my request was rejected. Despite such obvious color fading, the refusal to accept any responsibility and issuing a rejection decision feels like an attempt to dismiss the customer. If pants sold as black end up in this condition after just a few washes, I believe this is not user error but a manufacturing or quality issue. It is truly disappointing that a large brand like LC Waikiki refuses to acknowledge such a clear quality problem and does not stand behind the products it sells. I request that my grievance be resolved and that either a refund be issued for the pants or, at the very least, an exchange be provided. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will continue to share this negative experience on other platforms as well.
