My iPhone 15 Pro Lost Sound and Started Freezing After iOS 18.05

I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro, and after the iOS 18.05 update, the sound completely disappeared and the phone started freezing frequently. I took it to Apple service, but they said there’s no hardware issue and it’s only a software problem, so they didn’t do anything. They told me the problem would be fixed with a new update. We pay thousands for these phones, yet the support feels like a joke. This is really frustrating. Apple, please release the new update ASAP and fix these serious bugs. I expect better quality and faster solutions for such an expensive device.
