iPhone 11 Network and Video Call Issues Persist Despite Unapproved Repairs

I have been experiencing significant issues with my iPhone 11, including poor network reception, blurry video during WhatsApp calls, and unclear audio. I sent my phone in for warranty service, and it was returned the same day with no resolution, only a software update. Despite this, the problems persisted.

I sent my phone back to Media Markt's Antares branch, and it was forwarded to Apple for repair. Without my consent, parts of my phone were replaced, even though no hardware-related issue was diagnosed. This has compromised the originality of my device. Many users are reporting similar issues with the iPhone 11, but Apple has yet to address them effectively. I request that my concerns be escalated and properly resolved.
