Apple Made My iPhone 13 Unusable After Repeated Insurance Repairs

I purchased my iPhone 13 about a year ago and added insurance with a 2-year warranty through Media Markt, paying ₺6,000 for it. After accidentally dropping the device, I sent it to an authorized service under the insurance policy, and it was repaired and returned to me. However, I had to send the phone in for the same issue a total of four times within a year. About two months after the first repair, the phone shut down again, and the Apple logo began flashing on the screen without ever turning on. I sent it back again, it was repaired, and returned. This issue occurred a third and fourth time as well. During the last incident, I was told to send the device to an Apple-authorized service via Gürgençler. The authorized service reported that the device had previously been opened elsewhere, disqualifying it from coverage and stating that neither repair nor replacement could be provided. They also mentioned that the previous interventions by the insurance company may have contributed to the device’s failure. As it stands, my ₺40,000 phone is unusable, and the ₺6,000 I paid for insurance has gone to waste. I'm facing serious issues, especially given that the phone was sent in for the same malfunction four times in a year and is now out of warranty coverage due to unauthorized tampering. I am formally requesting a full device replacement under my warranty and insurance rights. I also have all the reports and documents from the authorized service.
