About a year ago, I purchased an iPhone 11 from a local phone shop. For the past two months, I have been experiencing a serious issue with the Face ID security feature. My device sometimes recognizes my sister’s face and unlocks the phone. This situation raises concerns for me regarding both security and privacy. After noticing the problem, I tried resetting Face ID and setting it up again, but there was no improvement. The issue is not limited to specific lighting or environmental conditions; at times, my device can still recognize my sister’s face under different circumstances. Although my device is no longer under warranty, due to this security vulnerability, I request that Apple repair or, if necessary, replace my device. I kindly ask that this matter be urgently investigated and that a solution be provided to me as soon as possible.
