I am reporting a serious failure in the InvestingPro subscription and billing process. On January 24, 2026, I purchased a 2‑year InvestingPro Pro+ plan using my existing account registered under the email address arvindsar**@gmail.com. The payment of ₹24,043.68 was successfully processed via Paddle with Transaction ID txn_01kfhnm1wvjw0zzzdvxmcmffx3, and I received a valid receipt. Despite this, my InvestingPro account has been showing as “Suspended” or “Deactivated” since that date, and none of the Pro+ features I paid for have been provisioned. This is not a new account; I previously had an active Pro+ subscription on the same email, so the system should already recognize my profile. However, after this latest renewal/purchase, my account remains unusable. The platform is preventing me from accessing time‑sensitive financial tools and data that are critical for my investments, even though payment has been collected in full. I opened support Ticket 950742 and have reached out multiple times, but so far, I have only received automated emails from Investing.com. The “AI Support Assistant” keeps looping without providing any resolution or escalation, and my requests have effectively been ignored, even though this is a straightforward billing and provisioning problem that should not take this long to correct. I request that my 2‑year Pro+ subscription be manually activated immediately on the account linked to arvindsa***@gmail.com, with full access to all Pro+ features that were advertised at the time of purchase, or that a full refund of ₹24,043.68 be issued without any further delay so that I can re‑subscribe through a more reliable method. I do not find it acceptable to wait another week for a basic billing correction when you have already charged my card and suspended my account at the same time. I ask you to urgently review Ticket 950742 and the Paddle transaction mentioned above, restore my access, or process the refund, and provide a clear written confirmation of the action taken.
