Investing Pro Comments Not Working Despite Active Subscription

Even though my Investing Pro subscription is active and I have already paid, I have not been able to comment in the mobile app since November 13, 2025 at 18:00. I used to comment without any issues, but now when I try to post a comment, a message appears saying: “We encourage you to use comments to connect with other users, share your perspective, and ask writers and other users questions. However, please keep in mind the following criteria to maintain a high level of discourse:” and my comment is not published.

At the same time, I can see other users commenting without any problem. There is no restriction or suspension on my account, and my subscription is active. Since I forgot my password, I haven’t tried logging out and back in, or reinstalling the app yet.

I request that my ability to comment be restored and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
