I Face ING Bank Account Block and Can’t Access Money for Treatment

My ING Bank mobile banking account has been blocked for approximately 3 days due to security reasons, and this situation is putting me in a very difficult position because I am a cancer patient. The block was placed on my account at the Istanbul Pendik branch. I am currently living in Trabzon, and due to my health condition, I am not able to travel. Despite this, I am being repeatedly asked to visit the branch in person.
There are no ING Bank branches in Trabzon or nearby areas, and the bank only has branches in Istanbul and Ankara. Since it is physically impossible for me to go to a branch, I cannot access the money in my account. As a result, I am unable to purchase my medications or cover my treatment and basic living expenses.
Being unable to access my own funds makes me feel as though my money is being withheld from me unfairly. Considering my medical condition and current circumstances, I request that my identity and security verification be completed remotely—through the mobile app, a video call, or any alternative method—and that the block on my account be lifted urgently.
I need immediate access to my funds so that my medical treatment is not disrupted.
Progress
Approximately five days ago, a block was placed on my account at ING Bank for security reasons without any notification. About 35,000 TL is in my account, and although this money is meant for the medication I need for my ongoing cancer treatment, I cannot obtain my medicines because of the block.
After the block, I was told I must go to the nearest branch. However, even though I reside in Trabzon, I am shown Ankara or Istanbul as the nearest branch. Despite repeatedly stating that I am a cancer patient, my treatment is ongoing, and it is absolutely impossible for me to travel out of the city due to my health condition and financial constraints, I received responses that were almost mocking, like “you have to come.”
During my conversation with the Pendik branch, the staff member asked whom I was trying to transfer money to and how much. When I said I was not obliged to provide that information, I was met with a cheeky and rude attitude, being told “then you will come to the branch.” Even though I clearly explained my health situation and financial insufficiency, I saw no solution‑oriented approach from either the branch or customer service.
During this process I have become unable to obtain my medication, and my hardship is increasing each day. My record number is 2846762. I demand that the block on my account be lifted immediately, that my grievance be resolved promptly taking my health condition into account, and that I be treated in a manner befitting human dignity.

There is no response at all; I'm sick and can't get my medication because of this. If you're a bank, how will the branch work? Will everyone have to come to Istanbul or Ankara? They're basically stealing our money. Even if it's far away, there should be an approval process, but there isn't. No one is handling it; we're literally begging to get our money back, but nothing happens. We can't access the mobile branch and we're being victimized. ING must find a solution urgently, immediately.

Thank you, ING Bank, for mocking me by calling today. Even though I keep insisting that I am ill and have a travel restriction, I am being invited to the nearest branch—either Ankara or Istanbul—while I am in Trabzon. How am I supposed to get there? Someone explain this to me, for God's sake. There must be another way, like a remote live chat, etc., but...

What kind of banking mindset is this? We couldn't figure it out; there's no response, nothing else. Unfortunately, they keep embezzling our money, and there is no action, no response.

My account has been blocked for security reasons for three days. Being a cancer patient with limited mobility, this situation puts me in a difficult position. ING demanded that I go to the Istanbul Pendik branch for my account, but I live in Trabzon and there is no nearby branch. They refused my request for a branch visit, did not help, and justified the situation. As a result, I cannot obtain my medication and basic necessities, and I cannot access the money in my account.

They are not solving our problem in any way; ING Bank has basically seized our money for a month now.
