My Account Is Restricted - I Can’t Access My Money
On 15/09/2025, a restriction was placed on my account and mobile banking access at İş Bankası Eskişehir Porsuk Branch without any justification. For about 10 days, I have not been able to access my account, use the ₺12,488 inside it, or carry out any banking transactions. I reported the situation to customer service multiple times, but I was only told that I needed to go to the branch. When I went to the branch, I was given no explanation or documents, only told that an email would be sent to the Headquarters and that I would receive a phone call, but to this day no one has called and no solution has been provided. There is no lien, block, credit, or debt on my account. I also sent my instruction petition twice via email to İş Bankası’s communication address, yet still received no result. The bank is preventing me from using my money and has made no official statement. I demand that the ₺12,488 in my account be immediately transferred to me or to my account at another bank and that this grievance be resolved.
