TEB Bank Blocked My Mobile Banking

As a customer of TEB Bank, I am facing an issue with the blockage of my internet banking password through mobile banking. This problem stems from my inability to remove the blockage due to a change in my phone number. I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies abroad while also working. Consequently, I cannot physically come to Turkey to update my phone number with the bank. However, I need access to mobile banking to conduct my online transactions. Urgent assistance is required to update my phone number and unblock my internet banking password. Despite more than a year of dealing with this issue, TEB Bank has not provided any solution. The inability to perform online transactions and access banking services is causing significant inconvenience. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the lack of a solution has left me extremely disappointed. Therefore, I am experiencing a problem with TEB Bank's customer-centric service approach.
