As a customer of TEB Bank, I am facing an issue with the blockage of my internet banking password through mobile banking. This problem stems from my inability to remove the blockage due to a change in my phone number. I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies abroad while also working. Consequently, I cannot physically come to Turkey to update my phone number with the bank. However, I need access to mobile banking to conduct my online transactions. Urgent assistance is required to update my phone number and unblock my internet banking password. Despite more than a year of dealing with this issue, TEB Bank has not provided any solution. The inability to perform online transactions and access banking services is causing significant inconvenience.
