$184 Stuck in My Tango Account After an Unauthorized Block

Two days ago, my personal account at İş Bankası was suddenly frozen without me making any transactions, and I was completely blocked from accessing it. I have $184 USD in the account, and I am unable to access this money in any way. When I contacted the bank’s customer service, they told me the issue was caused by the Tango Livu app and that the block needed to be removed by their customer support. However, even though I submitted a support request through the Tango Livu app, I received no assistance at all.

I have never experienced a problem like this before, and I am currently in a difficult situation. I request that the block on my account be lifted and that I regain full access to my $184 USD. I urgently ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
