ING Bank Blocked My Account for Two Years and Withheld My Retirement Pension

I have an account with ING Bank in Kırklareli, and my account has been blocked for about 2 years. During this period, I have not been able to access my account or use my money, and despite all my attempts, the problem has still not been resolved. I contacted ING Bank customer service and also reached out to the bank about this blockage, but I was told nothing that led to a solution, and my account remains blocked. Meanwhile, my retirement salary is being deposited into this blocked account, and I cannot use my own retirement income. My phone number is not a Turkish number because I live abroad in Ontario, Canada. Due to this, ING Bank does not update my phone number, does not direct me to any solution through another bank, and since they have withdrawn from Kırklareli and the whole Thrace region where I opened my account, the problem is growing. They have effectively seized my retirement salary, and I cannot transfer my pension to another bank because the account is blocked. If at least my retirement pension were released, I would be able to move my pension to another bank. I do not even know how much money has accumulated in my account over this time. I find it unacceptable and against the law that the salary granted to me by my state is kept in a blocked account under the pretext of a phone number, and that my retirement income is treated as if it were seized. Since I am abroad, no solution is offered to me. I do not want to deal with material and moral compensation claims, but I see this situation as a de facto seizure of my retirement salary. I request that my phone number registered with ING Bank be updated, my account be urgently unblocked, and at the very least, my retirement salary be immediately released so that I can transfer it to another bank. I want full access to all of my pension and all the money that has accumulated in my account.
