I Can't Get My Money Out of ING

I converted all my investments into Turkish lira and deposited a large sum of money in ING Bank. Despite being a customer for 17 years, the bank refuses to handle my money citing a lack of documents. When I visit one branch, they claim there are no document issues. But when I go to another branch, they accuse me of being ridiculed. If a solution isn't found soon, I'll take this matter to court. I want my money back as soon as possible.
