ING Bank Florya Branch Charges Unjust Insurance for a Property I Don't Own

The ING Florya branch was adamant about charging me ₺979 for DASK insurance on a property I sold in 2023, despite providing evidence that the property is no longer under my ownership. Even though the government records clearly show the change in ownership, the bank is insisting on unnecessary documentation from the buyer, who lives overseas, causing a great deal of inconvenience. Looking for help with a refund request due to ongoing unwarranted charges from ING Bank. If needed, I will take the necessary steps to address the issue by escalating it to CIMER, Consumer Court, and Xolvie by Sikayetvar.
