ING Customer Service Became Inaccessible and Closed Local Branches

Despite being a customer of ING for 15 to 20 years, I cannot reach their customer service. This clearly reflects the lack of respect they have for their customers and the significant decline in their service quality. Just a year ago, I could connect instantly, so what changed to lead to such an unfortunate decision? To make matters worse, they have also removed their physical branch from our area, leaving the nearest branch 30 kilometers away. If the bank plans to shut down entirely, they should let us know so we can take necessary precautions. This situation is unacceptable and deeply disappointing for long-term customers like me.
