My Account Blocked Despite All Debts Paid

I have had a current account with İş Bankası for nearly 16 years, yet there has been a hold on my account for years without any valid reason. Due to health problems and a 75% disability status, my accounts were blocked in the 2000s because of enforcement proceedings. However, I have since paid all my debts in full, and the related enforcement files have been completely closed. I have no active debts or ongoing cases, which I confirmed through the Citizen System. Despite sharing this information repeatedly with both customer service and the branch, my problem remains unresolved. I currently have about $470 stuck in my account, inaccessible due to the ongoing block. Strangely, I was able to open a new İş Bankası account recently and use it without any restriction, which shows how inconsistent this situation is. I believe the bank is acting arbitrarily and failing to take responsibility. If this issue is not resolved immediately and I am not granted access to my funds, I will take legal action and pursue every possible step to prove the bank’s negligence and to recover my financial losses.
