Infinix Hot 60 Pro Wi-Fi Not Working Properly on Brand-New Device
I have been experiencing a serious Wi-Fi connection issue with my Infinix Hot 60 Pro phone, which I purchased about a week ago. When I connect to the internet at home, the connection keeps dropping, and I cannot access the internet reliably.
Other phones and devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network do not experience any problems, so I believe the issue is related to the phone itself. I have not yet contacted the place where I purchased the device or reached out to technical support, but encountering such a problem with a brand-new phone has been very disappointing.
I request that the Wi-Fi connection problem with my device be investigated. If necessary, I would like the phone to be repaired or replaced with a new one, or another permanent solution to be provided.
