I purchased my Redmi Note 14 Pro as a brand-new, officially invoiced device from a Turkcell store on September 20, 2025.
From the very first day, despite using the device under completely normal and proper conditions, I have been experiencing a constant Wi-Fi disconnection issue. While connected to the internet via a wireless network, the connection drops on its own, and the phone asks for the Wi-Fi password again, forcing me to reconnect to the same network. After reconnecting, the same problem occurs again after some time.
Thinking the issue might be related to my modem, I tested the phone with different modems and multiple Wi-Fi networks. However, the same disconnection problem occurred on every modem and network I tried.
My device is only three months old and is an official, invoiced product, yet I am unable to maintain a stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Since this issue occurs across different modems and networks, I believe the problem lies with the phone itself, not with the internet infrastructure.
For these reasons, I am requesting that my Redmi Note 14 Pro be replaced and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
