Infinix Hot 40i Battery Life Problem

I purchased an Infinix Hot 40i phone from A****** İletişim as a brand-new device with the box sealed and unopened. Since the first day I started using it, I have been experiencing signal reception issues and battery problems. My network connection constantly drops, and when I try to call someone, I often have to dial twice before the call goes through. In addition, the phone’s battery lasts at most about four hours, which seriously affects my daily use.
I have the invoice for the product, and even though the device is still under warranty, when I contacted them I was told that this brand always has these kinds of problems. Despite using the phone normally, I am completely dissatisfied with the product due to these ongoing issues.
For this reason, I am requesting that the defective phone be replaced with a new device that functions properly and without these problems.
