For the past 4–5 weeks, I have been experiencing serious connection issues when trying to play PUBG Mobile on my Infinix Hot 50 Pro device, but only while connected to Wi-Fi networks. Whenever I connect to any Wi-Fi network, my ping suddenly spikes, and I cannot even enter the game. Because of this, I have not been able to play the game properly for a long time.
I have tried every possible solution I could think of, including lowering the graphics settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and testing different Wi-Fi networks, but the issue has not been resolved in any way. I do not experience this problem when using mobile data; it only occurs on Wi-Fi connections. This has completely ruined my gaming experience and caused ongoing frustration.
I request that PUBG Mobile officials thoroughly investigate my connection issue specifically in relation to my account and device, implement a technical fix or optimization that allows me to access the game smoothly over Wi-Fi, and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
