Infinix Smart 9 Phone Stopped Charging After 1 Month
I purchased an Infinix Smart 9 phone one month ago from the Vatan Bilgisayar store in Istanbul for $235. The device had no issues when I first bought it, but as of yesterday, it has stopped charging completely. I tried multiple chargers and cables, but the problem persists.
I took the phone back to the store, and they tested it as well, but the device still would not charge. Even though the product has a 2-year warranty, the store staff told me that if it is sent in for warranty service, I would have to wait 21 days. Since I work, it is not possible for me to be without a phone for that long. I also contacted Infinix customer service, but they only directed me to a website and an email address, without offering any real solution.
