Infinix Note 50 Performance Problems — Device Freezes and Network Fails

I bought an Infinix Note 50 two months ago as a brand-new device, and I am extremely dissatisfied with it. Since the day I purchased it, the phone has constantly frozen, lagged, and had network issues. At times, the signal disappears completely, and this problem is clearly caused by the device itself. I am having a very hard time using the phone, and I deeply regret buying it.

I have not contacted technical support or customer service yet. The invoice number for the device is 138214756l001414. I am requesting a full refund for the product.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
