I Face Call Audio Distortion And Fast Battery Drain On Honor 400 Pro

On 22.08.2025, I purchased an Honor 400 Pro smartphone through the Hepsiburada app (Order No: 4134219561). From the very first day of use, the device has shown serious problems. During phone calls, the earpiece produces constant crackling and distorted sound, making conversations unpleasant and difficult to follow. In addition, although the phone is advertised with a 6,000 mAh battery, its performance is extremely poor. Starting from a full charge of 100%, the battery drops to 75% in just 2 hours of normal use, which is worse than my previous device with a weaker battery.

The phone has no physical damage and I have not encountered any other issues. However, I could not find a proper customer service number for Honor Turkey, so I have not received any solution or technical guidance yet. Since the product is under warranty and I purchased it only 3 days ago, these defects are unacceptable for a new device.

I am requesting a full refund and product return due to these early and critical issues. I expect Honor to take responsibility and resolve my complaint immediately.
